There is a contact form you can fill out, and one of our team will be in touch. Although most people prefer to communicate via email, there’s something to be said for an old-fashioned phone call. Rest assured that we never use high-pressure sales tactics, so you don’t have to be wary of calling us. If we’re being completely honest, there are just some things that are more easily explained verbally, rather than by email. However, if you prefer to communicate via email – we are totally fine with that too!

Once you make contact with us, by form or phone, we can continue to chat via email, text or phone call. Together we will determine which island and package are right for you.

Although the cost factor is the least glamorous part of any vacation, it’s one of the most important elements. Understandably, your vacation budget usually has the final say in travel planning. For that reason, we will carefully work with you to find the perfect all inclusive Hawaii vacation that doesn’t break the bank.

Follow these five easy steps to find out how much your vacation will cost. We will use the All-Inclusive Waikiki Vacation as an example.

1. Select a hotel. Hotels are listed below Day 8. Once you select a hotel, choose one of the room category options. Each hotel/room category has a per person, basic package rate. This rate includes everything listed in the Day by Day Itinerary for that package.
2. Decide if you want to handle your own airfare to Hawaii, or have us handle it for you. Airfare add-on rates are listed under “Airfare Info” here. If you want us to book your flights, take the prices from this section and add them to your Basic Package Rate.
3. Factor in any additional options or upgrades you may want to include.
4. Contact us to check that your dates are available. Also, some peak travel seasons such as Christmas may have a surcharge. Your Hawaii agent will be able to make sure your desired travel dates are available and check on any additional surcharges.
5. Ask about current specials running! Another reason to make contact – we periodically offer great discounts on various packages, so be sure to ask about those and factor those potential savings into your vacation cost.

Did you know that Aloha Hawaiian Vacations offers interest-free payment plans? The minimum amount required to book is $225 per person. You can make payments on the remaining amount however you prefer, as long as your vacation is paid in full 69 days prior to your travel date. On top of that, you can book up to three years in advance; guaranteeing you’ll have plenty of time to pay it off – comfortably.

 

Complete the Enrollment Process📝

Now comes the fun part! We fill out an Enrollment Form with you, usually over the phone. This form contains all the important details of your trip such as: package, dates, hotel, names, prices…everything. The entire process takes about 20 minutes, and once completed we will email you a copy to review and e-sign. This signed Enrollment Form serves as a contract and receipt. This is also when you get to select the activities and excursions for your trip.
