What is a Hawaii vacation payment plan?

Our Hawaii vacation payment plans are simply a way to book now and pay later.

Is a down payment required to book?

Yes, the minimum amount required to book any of our Hawaii all-inclusive vacation packages is $225 per person. If you choose to purchase the optional Trip Cancellation Protection Plan, which ranges from $58 to $98 per person, you must add that to your initial down payment. That means two adults can book any package with as little as $450 at time of booking.

How do Hawaii vacation payment plans work?

When potential clients asked my father how often they needed to make payments, he always answered with this: “Pay as much as you can, as fast as you can  – comfortably”. What he meant by that was this: once you book, we will handle your vacation just as if you paid in full. Therefore, we ask that you make payments as diligently as possible, as long as it is financially comfortable to do so. You decide your Hawaii vacation payment plan amounts and dates. You may want to make a payment every month, or you may want to make one every other month. Some clients skip months. That’s the beauty of it – it’s completely up to you! You know your financial situation better than anybody, and we are here to meet you where you’re at.

How long do I have to pay it off?

Aside from the minimum deposit to book being $225 per person, the only other stipulation is that you have your trip paid in full within 69 days of your travel date. Vacation prices tend to increase over time rather than decrease, therefore the earlier you book the more time you have to pay.

As an illustration, let’s create an example payment plan.

If you book the Waikiki Express 5 Day All Inclusive Vacation, your total price for two adults will be around $3900. Let’s say you book with the minimum deposit of $225 per person (you can always put down more, but this is the minimum). You book one year before you travel, and prefer to make monthly payments. Since the final balance due date will be approximately 2 ½ months before your travel date, you’ll have 9 ½ months to pay it off.

Total Vacation Price: $3,900

• Deposit: $450

• Month 1: $400

• Month 2: $400

• Month 3: $400

• Month 4: $400

• Month 5: $400

• Month 6: $400

• Month 7: $400

• Month 8: $400

• Final payment: $250

That’s it – you’ve paid in full. And you may prefer to have smaller monthly payments and a slightly larger final payment, or a larger initial payment – that’s all perfectly acceptable and your prerogative. Except for the initial deposit amount and the final due date; the dates, amounts and frequency are completely up to you.

Remember: the earlier you book, the more time you have to pay.
